Deactivating your account

e. Is in any way an advertisement or solicitation of business.
(d) ASD reserves the right, without the obligation, to edit, pre-screen, remove, or refuse to publish submissions to the site without prior notice.
(e) You understand that when you submit content in any form to alliancesd.org, we may authorize such content to be distributed or syndicated to or published on other ASD branded environments, its subsidiaries, affiliates, content providers, other related entities, or any sub-licensees of ASD.
(f) You take sole responsibility for your postings on the site and any disputes that result from such postings. You acknowledge that ASD has no obligation to resolve or become involved in any disputes between users of this site or any other third parties.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ASD, its subsidiaries, affiliates, content providers, or any other related entities, harmless from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation by you of these Terms and Conditions, any breach by you of your representations and warranties hereunder, or any infringement by you of a third party’s intellectual property or other rights.
